This is a type of insurance designed to help pay off or cover your mortgage payments if something unexpected happens to you, like death, disability, or job loss so your home and family are financially protected. Some of our plans have what is called a living benefit. This would give you access to the face amount of the policy in the event of a chronic, critical or terminal diagnosis from your physician.
